Remote delivery of the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme online became an option when the CITB changed the scheme rules in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic to allow delivery of CITB Site Safety Plus Courses online in virtual classroom format, thus allowing you to get your SMSTS qualification by doing an online course.
CITB SMSTS 5 Day Course Online Details
The CITB SMSTS 5 day course online is one of the most popular management training courses for site managers within the construction industry. This SMSTS course online is suitable for;

This CITB SMSTS course online includes the following elements:

- Accident costs, causes, investigation, prevention and reporting requirements

Certification:
Upon success completion of the SMSTS online course, candidates will achieve a CITB accredited Site Management certificate which is valid for five years.
Candidates will then be required to complete a two day CITB Site Management Refresher course every five years to renew their qualification. This is also available as an SMSTS Refresher Course online

SMSTS courses online require delegates to show original photographic identification via video link.
This SMSTS training online will be remotely delivered by a tutor in a virtual online classroom and delegates must have access to a suitable PC, laptop or tablet with a robust high-speed internet connection sufficient to cope with online delivery. CITB SMSTS online delegates will also need a suitably sized, quiet room where they can carry out the course without interruptions.
